Product Description:
Shaftless screw conveyor is a kind of machine for conveying goods. Compared with the traditional shafted screw conveyor, it adopts the design of no central shaft and uses the integral steel screw with certain pumping properties to push materials, so it has the following outstanding advantages: Strong anti-winding.

Product Structure:

1. Polymer wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant liner;

2. Thickened non-pumping 16 managanese steel blades;

3. Shaft connection thickened round tube fixed;

4. Reinforced concave-convex flange double-layer reinforcement;

5. All copper core motor;

6. Guomao reducer.

Product Features:
Shaftyless screw conveyor is mainly composed of driving device, head assembly, casing, shaftless screw body, tank lining plate, feeding port, discharging port, cover (when necessary), base and so on.
Driving device: When using a cycloidal pinwheel reducer or a shaft-mounted hard-tooth surface gear reducer, the driving device should be set at the end of the discharge port as much as possible, so that the screw body is in a tension state during operation.
The head is equipped with a thrust bearing, which can bear the axial force generated when conveying materials.
Chassis: The chassis is U-shaped or O-shaped, with a rain-proof cover on the upper part, and the material is stainless steel or carbon steel or FRP.
Shaftless Spiral: The material is stainless steel or carbon steel.
Tank liner: The material is wear-resistant plastic plate or rubber plate or cast stone plate, etc.
Inlet and outlet: There are two kinds of square and round. Generally, the form of inlet and outlet is determined by the use of household decision.
