Product Introduction:
A screw conveyor or auger conveyor is a mechanism that uses a rotating helical screw blade, usually within a tube, to move liquid or granular materials. They are used in many bulk handling industries. Screw conveyors in modern industry are often used horizontally or at a slight incline as an efficient way to move semi-solid materials, including food waste, wood chips, aggregates, cereal grains, animal feed, boiler ash, meat and bone meal, municipal solid waste,Sludge & Water treatment.

Product Classification:
According to screw conveyor drive classification
1. If the length of U-shaped screw conveyor is less than 35m, it is a single-axis driving screw. 2. If the length of U-shaped screw conveyor is greater than 35m, it is a two-axis driving screw.
According to the screw conveyor middle hanger bearing type 1. M1- is a rolling bearing, adopts type 80000 sealed bearing, and the shaft cap has a dust-proof sealing structure. It is commonly used in areas where it is difficult to refuel, no refueling, or oil contaminates the material. The sealing effect is good, and the hanging shaft has a long service life. Temperature of conveying material ≤ 80°C. 2. M2- is a sliding bearing, equipped with a dustproof sealing device, a cast copper tile, an alloy wear-resistant cast iron tile, and a copper-based graphite less oil-lubricated tile. Commonly used in the transmission of material temperature is relatively high (t ≥ 80 °C) or transport water containing larger materials.
According to screw conveyor material classification 1. Ordinary carbon steel U-shaped screw conveyors - Mainly used in industries where cement, coal, stone, etc. wear out, and there are no special requirements for materials. 2, stainless steel U-shaped screw conveyor - mainly applicable to food, chemical, food and other industries that have requirements for the delivery environment, cleanliness, and will not produce pollution on the material, the use of a long time, but the relatively high cost.
