Product Description:
Scraper conveyor is an important transportation tool for conveying materials such as sludge, kitchen waste, and dust removal. It is composed of head transmission, chute, scraper and so on. It is a conveying equipment that can improve the sealing performance and scraper strength, increase the conveying capacity, and improve the working efficiency of the conveyor.
Working Principle:
The working principle of the scraper conveyor is to fix the scraper on the chain (forming a scraper chain) on the open material receiving part, as a traction member, when the transmission part of the head is started, it drives the sprocket on the head shaft to rotate , so that the scraper chain circulates to drive the material to move along the chute until it is unloaded at the head of the machine. The scraper chain bypasses the sprocket for a stepless closed cycle operation to complete the conveying of materials.
