3.The thickness of both the outer and inner edges is nearly identical, ensuring that the inner diameter (ID), outer diameter (OD), and pitch are accurately formed to meet required dimensions.
4.Notches or openings can be incorporated into both the inner and outer circumference.
5.Materials available: Carbon steel, manganese steel, stainless steel, and wear-resistant steel.
During operation, the screw shaft may experience wear due to the following factors:
♦ Friction between the sediment and the screw shaft.
♦ Friction between the moving rings and the screw shaft blades.
♦ The internal pressure generated during the dewatering process.
