Product Description:
Screw feeders, also known as screw conveyors, scraper conveyors, or bucket conveyors, are composed of a feeding hopper, a feeding screw, and a transmission mechanism.
Working Principle:
The working principle relies on a weighing bridge to measure the weight of the material being conveyed on the belt. A digital speed sensor located at the tail tracks the feeder's speed and sends pulse signals corresponding to the speed to the feeding controller. The controller's microprocessor processes both the speed and weight signals to calculate and display the cumulative quantity and real-time flow rate. The flow rate is then compared to the preset value, and the control system adjusts the frequency converter to regulate the feeder's drive speed. This ensures the material flow rate aligns with the desired feed rate, achieving accurate and efficient quantitative feeding.
