Product Description:
Spiral bladesare commonly used to meet bulk material handling needs, such as transferring viscous and sticky materials. The spiral surface has the functions of stirring and mixing materials during the conveying process. The screw flights of the screw conveyors have three forms: solid spiral surface, ribbon spiral surface and blade spiral surface.
Spiral bladesare are widely used for many purposes, including building materials, chemicals, electric power, metallurgy, mining and agricultural industries through to the bulk handling and pilling industries. They are suitable for horizontal or inclined conveying of powdery, granular and small block materials such as coal, ash, slag, cement and grain etc. Usually the temperature of the transferred material is below 200 °C.

Features:
1. Continuous cold rolled screw flights are produced by continuous cold-rolling method, which overcome the shortcomings of the conventional production process such as poor precision, difficult forming, too many consumables and low production efficiency.
2. Continuous cold rolled spiral blades have a smooth surface, high dimensional accuracy and high hardness, which can contribute to reduce material damage and improve transportation efficiency.
3. We can provide continuous blades according to customer's required spiral length, which are easy and fast to weld and assemble. This increases productivity and saves costs and time.
4. Dimensions can be made according to orders, no mould required.
5. Continuous cold rolled flight with a physico-chemical surface treatment improves rust resistance and enhances the appearance of the product.
