1. Descriptions
We both support the Automated Screw Conveyor Manufacturer.
Ordinary suspension conveyors consist of overhead rails, traction chains, carriages, spreaders, redirecting devices, drive units, tensioning devices and safety devices.
The overhead track constitutes a closed loop on which the carriage runs.
The carriages are coupled to the traction chain at equal intervals. The traction chain constitutes the same closed loop as the overhead track line by horizontal, vertical or inclined redirecting means.
The spreader carries the item and is hinged to the carriage. Depending on the length of the conveyor line, a single drive or multiple drives can be provided.
The single-drive transmission line can be up to 500 meters in length. Multi-drive conveyor lines can be longer, but the drives must be synchronized.
A trap is provided in the inclined section of the overhead rail, and the traction chain blocks the carriage once it breaks the trap to prevent the article from sliding down.
Lifting conveyors cannot transfer items from one conveyor line to another.
