The open cotton gauze structure provides a mesh-like surface that can hold fine particles during gentle wiping. Unlike an ordinary cleaning rag, it is not intended for forceful rubbing. Check that the workpiece has fully cooled to room temperature and is completely dry.

Do not use the cloth on freshly baked panels, hot metal, warm plastic parts, wet surfaces or uncured coatings.

Before tack wiping:

1. Finish sanding according to the coating-system requirement.
2. Blow away loose sanding dust with clean air where appropriate.
3. Degrease using a compatible surface cleaner when required.
4. Allow all cleaning products to flash off fully.
5. Use CRAMOS 1027 as the final dust-removal step.

Take one cloth from the 10-piece box and unfold it gently.

Fold the 30 * 40 cm cloth into a hand-sized pad. This creates multiple layers and allows clean working faces to be exposed during use.

Apply light, even pressure and glide the cloth gently across the surface in one direction.

The correct action is a light pass—not hard rubbing, scrubbing, twisting or repeated back-and-forth wiping.

When the exposed face has collected dust, unfold and refold the cloth to reveal a clean internal section.

Do not continue using a visibly dust-loaded wiping face on clean panels.

Return unused cloths to the original box after use. Keep the box closed and store it in a cool, dry and clean location.

The dust may be embedded, the cloth face may already be loaded, or the surrounding area may have excessive airborne contamination.

Use clean air to remove loose sanding residue first, refold to a clean tack-cloth face, and maintain proper spray-booth cleanliness.

Allow the workpiece to cool and dry, use lighter contact and perform a process test where coating compatibility is uncertain.

Open a fresh clean face, store remaining cloths inside the box and use appropriate cleaning methods for oil, grease or bonded contamination.
