Summary
Our Fully Automatic Capping Machine delivers stable, high-efficiency sealing for plastic caps and aluminum caps, ideal for integrated bottling production lines. Driven by a frequency modulation motor via gear transmission, it synchronizes bottle conveying, cap feeding, capping, and bottle discharging to ensure consistent torque and reliable sealing.
Available in single-head, 4-head, 6-head, and 8-head configurations to match different output demands, the GNFG‑4 model runs at 3000–4000 bottles per hour. It supports manual or automatic cap placement, with user-friendly touchscreen or push-button controls. Custom options include protective enclosures and tailored dimensions to fit your workshop layout.
Widely applied in food, beverage, dairy, cosmetics, daily chemicals, and cleaning products, it seals oils, juices, oral liquids, skin care, toiletries, and alcoholic drinks securely. Compact at 1500×1100×2000mm and 800kg, powered by 380V 1.5KW (customizable), it combines durability, flexibility, and easy operation to upgrade packaging quality and productivity.
Operating principle
The frequency modulation motor transmits the power to the main shaft assembly and the capping head through the gear. The bottles filled by the filling machine are sent to the bottle divider through the bottle conveyor chain. The bottle divider divides the bottle spacing into the same distance as the bottle pulling pitch, so that the bottles enter the bottle feeding and shifting wheel stably. At the same time, the bottle cap sent by the cap feeding device reaches the cap feeding device through the cap groove. When the bottle is shifted in by the bottle puller, it meets the bottle cap in the cap feeding device, and then the bottle cap is sleeved on the bottle mouth. The bottles are shifted to the rotary table, and the capping head descends to compress the cap, and the bottle head on the capping head and the bottle pad on the rotary table are pressed and fixed. At the same time, two threaded rail wheels and two sealing rail wheels are pressed against the periphery of the lid. With the rotation of the capping head, four rail wheels compress the lid and rotate along the threads on the neck and the bottle diameter ring, Thus, thread and sealing ring on the cover are rolled out, and then the cover head is raised, and the sealed bottle is sent out of the machine body through the center bottle wheel.
