Our QNLP-SJ100 custom round corner back seal packaging machine is a professional semi-fluid and liquid filling solution tailored for high-viscosity and uniform texture materials. It excels in packaging calcium iron zinc nutrient liquid, oral syrup, natural honey and various semi-fluid products, integrating automatic mixing, precise metering, filling, back sealing and round corner forming. Equipped with a humanized high-performance mixing system, the machine handles diverse liquid and semi-fluid materials effortlessly. The premium durable mixing motor delivers powerful and stable stirring performance, ensuring even blending of thick syrup, dense honey and nutritious semi-fluid ingredients. It effectively prevents material precipitation and consistency deviation, laying a solid foundation for uniform filling of each package. The whole mixing structure is practical and user-friendly, supporting long-term stable operation with strong material adaptability.
The machine adopts upgraded thickened copper high-temperature sealing technology with a constant temperature control system. This precise thermal control enables the packaging film to melt and bond rapidly and accurately, realizing one-time forming and firm sealing. The back seal and custom round corner design delivers neat, smooth and wrinkle-free package edges, effectively preventing liquid leakage and improving the overall grade of finished strip packages. Compared with ordinary sealing structures, the copper heating sealing system features higher temperature resistance, better durability and more stable long-term sealing performance.
Designed with professional pneumatic configuration, the device is fitted with a high-quality adjustable cylinder and oil mist pressure gauge. The cylinder can flexibly adjust pushing force according to different material viscosity, adapting to thin liquid and thick semi-fluid materials to ensure ultra-precise metering and consistent filling volume. The oil mist pressure gauge filters excess moisture in the gas system, stabilizing machine air pressure and ensuring continuous, smooth and fault-free equipment operation during mass production.
In terms of production performance, the machine supports a filling range of 5-100ml and a packing speed of 30-50 bags per minute, fully meeting small-batch customization and large-scale mass production needs. It features flexible size adjustment, with a bag width of 25-120mm and film width of 50-260mm to support custom strip package specifications.
