Our new generation fully automatic multi-column liquid strip packaging machine is a high-efficiency, food-grade quantitative filling and packaging solution, specially designed for liquid materials such as coffee stock solution, lemon concentrate, and various liquid food ingredients. Integrating metering, bag forming, automatic filling, color code tracking, fixed-length cutting and date printing in one compact unit, this all-in-one liquid packaging equipment simplifies the entire production process and is ideal for large-batch standardized liquid food packaging. The machine supports full custom column configuration, with 3/4/5/6/7/8/10 columns available based on customers’ production speed and output requirements, helping enterprises flexibly upgrade production capacity.
This high-speed liquid filling machine stands out with upgraded industrial-grade performance and stable operation. Adopting full servo control system, the equipment features low noise, rapid response and ultra-fast packaging speed while ensuring operational simplicity. Different from traditional single-row machines, its independent multi-column operation design effectively avoids full-line shutdown caused by partial mechanical failure, greatly improving production continuity and reducing downtime losses. It can be seamlessly connected to automatic packaging box assembly lines, realizing streamlined production and significantly boosting overall production efficiency for liquid processing factories.
Equipped with a high-precision servo pump metering system and servo motors with steady rotation speed and precise pulse positioning, the machine delivers accurate quantitative filling, effectively avoiding liquid overflow, insufficient filling and material waste. The forming mold is processed by a 5-axis machining center, ensuring precise bag shaping, uniform specification and neat finished bag appearance. The adjustable film roll range of 80–180mm and flexible bag making size perfectly adapts to diversified packaging demands of coffee liquid, lemon essence and other food liquids.
Built with strict food-grade production standards, the whole machine complies with GMP specifications. Fitted with a SUS304 metal cabinet and full safety protective covers, it guarantees safe and hygienic production operation, fully meeting food processing industry hygiene requirements. The 7-inch large touch intelligent control box features standardized and neat wiring, enabling intuitive parameter adjustment, simple operation and convenient daily maintenance, lowering the technical threshold for operators.
With stable technical parameters, the machine achieves a packaging speed of 70–100 bags per minute, with adaptable bag sizes of 80–180mm in length and 34–35mm in width.
