It stably handles both low-viscosity liquids and high-viscosity paste and gel materials. The insulated double-layer hopper supports automatic bidirectional mixing and continuous automatic feeding, preventing material precipitation and stratification while ensuring uniform filling volume for every strip package.

Adopting premium food-grade stainless steel construction, all material contact parts are made of SUS316L stainless steel, and all exposed outer surfaces adopt SUS304 stainless steel. The anti-corrosion, easy-clean and hygienic material configuration fully meets industrial hygiene standards, ideal for long-term packaging of syrup, liquid gel and similar liquid products. The CNC-machined aluminum forming device ensures high-precision bag shaping, supporting both three-side sealing and back sealing styles to enrich packaging diversity.

Featuring dual AI bus temperature control systems for vertical and horizontal sealing units, the machine realizes accurate, stable and constant temperature sealing. It effectively avoids loose sealing, leakage and wrinkled edges, delivering flat, neat and tightly sealed strip packages. The automatic correction film frame keeps packaging film stable during high-speed operation, supporting various film materials including composite aluminum film, pure aluminum film and paper film within 0.06–0.1mm thickness. Equipped with a ribbon coding machine, it prints clear, scratch-resistant and firmly adhered production dates and batch information for standardized product traceability.

User-friendly intelligent operation further optimizes production efficiency. The 12-language touch screen HMI supports one-click parameter adjustment and full-machine operation control, greatly lowering operating and maintenance costs. With an adjustable bag size of 40–150mm in length and 15–50mm in width and a production speed of 20–80 cuts per minute, the machine adapts to diverse strip packaging specifications.
