Destription
The PenglaiPack multi-lane powder sachet machine was born for high-speed stick & shaped pouches of collagen, coffee or probiotics. 4 or 6 lanes form, fill, seal and cut simultaneously, delivering 30-50 ppm per lane—up to 300 ppm total. Inovance PLC & servo film-pull guarantee ±1 mm repeat accuracy; PID independent temperature control seals 40-170 mm L × 16-84 mm W pouches with constant tension. CNC-machined lane dividers keep every sachet identical; 304/316 L steel product zones meet GMP. Safety door, photo-eye registration and self-diagnostic come as standard. With a footprint of only 1100×990 mm the unit slips into existing rooms and can be extended to a fully automatic line (check-weigher, cartoner) without re-validation.
