The cooling wipe making packing machine is developped by Sayok basis on many years wipes machine manufacturing and clients requirements. It is upgraded wet wipe machine for cooling wipes making and packing. It is a full automatic making and packing 2 in 1 machine , it function as roll materials unwinding, folding, wetting, sliting, bag forming, filling, sealing etc.
Performance introduction:
1. Scientific design, compact structure, convenient operation and maintenance
2. Humidification device for spunlace non-woven fabrics: single spray type and second concentrated spray type
3. Liquid addition system: including stirring device, water adding device, independent water return device, and the amount of water can be adjusted
4. Raw material cutting system: length adjustable
5. Photoelectric detection can automatically stop if there is no cloth
6. Packaging form: mechanical reciprocating horizontal seal, with pneumatic gusset, optional aircraft port device
7. Position adjustment: opening position, labeling position, feeding position, color mark position, which can be changed directly on the touch screen
