This machine is specially designed for the automatic rolling and folding of large-size disposable tablecloths, widely used in disposable non-woven, plastic, and PEVA tablecloth production lines. It can automatically complete feeding, edge alignment, precise folding, and rolling in one continuous process. With stable operation, high efficiency, and easy operation, it effectively improves packaging neatness and production capacity, greatly reducing labor costs. It is an ideal supporting equipment for disposable tablecloth manufacturers. Optional to link with pillow packing machine, bagging machine or the heat shrink wrapping machine. Very intelligent for the large size disposable tablecloths, non-woven fiber cleaning cloth, towel gourd rag, thick plastic tablecloths etc automatic folding, slitting and packing.
It is a full automatic cutting machine, from large material rolls unwinding, folding, rolling, slitting as set length then clipping out for bagging, very compact and ideal design for large tablecloth's folding and cutting. It is customized for tablecloth's folding, and can be connected with the packing machine. Less labour force with high efficients, high pricisely and low costs, which are very useful for the disposable tablecloth manufacturer, especially the ones with difficult in labour forces.
