This automatic saliva tubes wrapping machine is specially developed for mass production of medium packed saliva tubes. Adopting PLC intelligent control and photoelectric tracking system, it automatically completes saliva tubes feeding, counting, film unwinding, bag forming, heat sealing and finished product cutting in one continuous process, it is designed with 3 side sealing for saliva tubes medium wholesale pack, feeding grooves are specially customized according to the saliva tube size, and can be customized with feeding conveyor to link with the former cutting machine for fully automatic line.  It runs stably with high packaging efficiency, effectively saves labor cost and avoids secondary pollution due to .
 

Core Working Process

  1. Manual bulk feeding of saliva tubes into the vibrating sorting hopper for automatic alignment and single-row separation;
  2. Servo feeding mechanism quantitatively sends one pair of chopsticks into the packaging channel;
  3. Packaging film/paper roll is unwound, shaped into a sleeve bag via forming mould;
  4. Longitudinal heat sealing + transverse cutting finish bag sealing and separation;
  5. Optional inkjet printer prints production date, batch number and brand logo on the package;

1. Packaging machine appearance

4.Packaging For Shipment

 

we adopt wooden case as package type. It's suitable for long-distance transport. Before wooden case packing, will use the stretch film to wrapping the whole machine to ensure of firmly packing in the wooden case whichout moving and crushing. 

5. Install a hopper  for packed products

Customized to equip with a collection bin for packed products, so that the workers will be very convinient to collect the packed products for secondary packing.
6. Packing neat and good looking, it is with tightly 3 side sealing, can be blank and printing plastic film, very snug pack without any film wasting.
