Scope of application
Suitable for all kinds of powders, flours and starches, such as: sachet solid drink powders,pea starch, cocoa powder, corn starch,tapioca starch, flour, cake powder, rice powder, milk powder, coffee powder and spice, etc.
Applications
The machine is designed and manufactured specially for powder and super fine powder products. Driven by servo motor,the auger is rotating to fill products; further more, the filling range can be adjusted automatically through computer. The process of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting and hot pressing codes can be done automatically.
Several kinds of seal lamination, such as PET / plated, AL / PE, PAPER / PE, NYLON.

2. PLC programmed Control, Advanced touch-screen man-machine interface make the operate more convenient.
3. Accuracy in printing plate,automatic counting,and photocell tracking system is adopted to ensure the automatic correcting the double face printing design on packing bags, precise in counting.
4. Automatic Corrective Devices which without artificial mobile packaging and checking the correct position. It will automatic adjust via PLC touch screen.

6. Roller heat sealing,four side sealing,high speed and multi-line packing,and with bags coming smoothly and fine,high packing efficiency.
7. Easy to adjust, precise in measurement,requires a simple procedure for pouch length adjustment without changing the mould.
