Semi-Automatic Weighing Filling and Packing Machine
The Semi-Automatic Open Mouth Bag Weighing and Filling Machine is designed for quantitative packaging of powders and fine-grained materials. It combines accurate weighing, controlled feeding and pneumatic bag clamping in one system. The operator manually places the bag, while the machine completes weighing and filling automatically. It is suitable for calcium carbonate, ceramic powder, carbon black, rubber powder, pigments, food additives and other industrial materials.

High-precision weighing sensors and quantitative control help maintain consistent filling weights according to the preset target.
2. Dual-Speed Feeding
Two-stage feeding control allows the material flow to be adjusted for controlled and efficient filling.

PLC-based electronic control coordinates feeding, weighing and filling operations for convenient machine management.
4. Pneumatic Bag Clamping
The pneumatic bag-clamping system securely holds open-mouth bags during the filling process and helps reduce material leakage.
