RCGF series glass bottle washing, filling and capping three in one filling machine is a kind of high filling precision and adjustable filling speed juice with fruit pulp bottling machine. It adopts bottle bottom lifting technology. By this technology, this machine can be used to fill all kinds of glass bottle. According to different model, capacity of the machine is in the range of 1,000 BPH to 24,000 BPH. RCGF 14-12-5 the rinsing, filling, capping machine is automatically controlled by PLC.
It has functions of bottle washing, juice filling and bottle capping. suitable bottle sizes are from 200ml to 2000ml.
1. The machine is mainly used in the beverage filling operations. The three functions of bottle washing, filling and capping are composed in one body of the machine.
2. This 3-in-1 monobloc machine is for fruit juice, tea beverage, etc. Processing.
3. Direct connection technology is used between air conveyor and in-feeding starwheel to substitute in-feeding screw and conveyor. It is easy to change the size of bottles.
4. Neck-hanging technology is applied in bottle transportation. Instead of traditional starwheel, we use neck-hanging gripper to change the size of bottles easily, without adjusting the equipment height. Only arch board and star wheel such little nylon parts need to be changed.
5. The head of filling machine is made of better stainless steel, which is firm and endurable.
