      Areas of Application: 3D printing is the latest printing technology. With the growing demand for 3D printers, 3D printing filaments hold great market potential and are primarily used in 3D printers. We primarily manufacture 3D printing filaments such as ABS, PLA, PETG and TPU, with diameters ranging from 1.75 to 3.0 mm. The diameter tolerance can be controlled within ±0.03 mm, and the extrusion speed ranges from 30 to 180 metre per minute, ensuring neat filament lay-up.

Grade 2 in both cases.
5. The housing is made of alloy cast steel; the contact surfaces between the upper and lower housings have been
precision ground. The gears are made of 40Cr and have undergone normalising,
tempering and quenching heat treatment, followed by gear-face grinding,
resulting in a surface roughness of Ra 0.8. They offer shock absorption,
wear resistance and low noise levels.
