A PVC Plastic Filament project must coordinate extrusion, cooling, guiding, traction and winding as one production sequence. The PFE-50D is designed to produce continuous PVC Plastic Filament in rolls for downstream processing with two head rewinding. It is not a Plastic Spiral forming or bookbinding machine

The production line begins with prepared PVC material. After extrusion, the continuous filament passes through water cooling and guiding, then through the traction section before being wound into rolls. Each stage should be discussed against the requested filament diameter, formulation and practical output target
