3. Energy-saving vacuum hard plastic brick machine is all-steel structure, reasonable structure, heavy load, energy-saving, high efficiency, easy maintenance. Cellular brick and solid brick are made from clay with high content of fly ash, shale and coal gangue.

Due to the different raw materials, The Brick Machine can be divided into 2 different type:

For the country like Bangladesh, India, etc. Clay brick making machine is high-performance vacuum extrusion equipment for forming of various type hollow bricks made from coal gangue, shale, coal dust and other solid wastes. It is designed to be produced with German KWS technology according to German standards and is authorized to use German trademark of GFK. Its mixing reducer is equipped with hardened gears which are all grinded, and. the extrusion reducer makes use of planet gears with high drive efficiency, therefore, it is the advanced vacuum extrusion equipment in the world.
1. Auger
1) Welded by wear resistant electrode, this auger could be reusable; Spraying wear-resistant metal materials (the hardness is 7 times of normal one), which ensure a long service life of auger.
2) High chromium casting material with High wear resistance feature, It has a long service life for producing 24 million bricks.
