Feature:
1. High accuracy: The electronic counting machine adopts an exclusive system developed independently for many years. The OMRON intelligent optical fiber sensor imported from Japan is combined with PLC touch screen control, which has accurate counting and strong anti-interference.
2.Good body material: The body material is made of stainless steel, which is anti-fouling and anti-corrosion and easy to maintain.The contact parts are all made of SUS304 stainless steel contact surface, and the structure adopts a "flexible structure". The components that need to be cleaned daily can be removed by hand without tools, which is very convenient to clean and avoid long-term retention of material powder on the contact surface to cause pollution. This structure has obtained the national certification "An easy-to-clean counting machine" patent.
3.Convenient to use: The machine is equipped with a locator at the feeding port, which can limit the container to the correct feeding position. The loading container tray is a lifting structure, and the height of the container tray can be adjusted according to the height specifications of the bottle.
