Working Process of Automatic hydraulic paper pile turner machine

1. Put the pile into platform of pile turner with hydraulic.

2. Turning up, rotating, tilting.

3. Switch on the air jetting and vibration to remove dust (paper fiber, paper scraps) separate the sheets, aligning&turning paper pile.

4. The pile turner will come back to its origin position, yurn down. The pile can be taked out by the hydraulic trolley.

1. Dust Removing

It can remove the impurities such as paper fibers, paper scraps, and printing powders. Before printing: The machine can be used for removing the paper fibers, paper scraps and dust to improve the printing quality and reduce the defection rate about 80%. After printing: The machine can remove the printing powders, give a fast dry to the ink and prevents sticking together as well as paper back pollution. It can stop impurities such as paper fibers, paper scraps go into the printing machine to increase the service life of printing machine.

2. Paper Separation

After the vibration and air jetting, the pile is filled with air cushion between the sheets by which the mis-feeding and double-sheeting can be avoided.

3. Paper Aligning

With the vibration platform and high pressure air jetting, the whole pile paper can be aligned at one time.

4. Paper Turning

For the piles of double-sided printing paper, the pile turning will improve the work efficiency and lower the intensity of work .The working environment will be much better for workers.

5. High Efficiency, Easy Operation

For average, the processes of pile turning, powder removing, separation of paper and aligning only needs about 3 minutes Easy for operation. No need of special training for operation.

A: 1) We provide training in our factory for free; 2) We can send technicians (engineers) to your factory for installation and training. You shall pay round trip air fare and accommodations, plus each technician charges USD100/per day.

Q8. Do you have machines in stock?
A: For standard model, we have a large quantity in stock.For special model,we need 20-30 days to produce for you.

Q9. How can you assure the machines' quality?
A: Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality. And during the warranty, we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.

Q10. Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A: Of course we do. We have QC department to debug the machine before packing. If you want to use specific material to do the test running, you need to pay for the cost of the material

Q11. What's the payment term?
A: T/T 30% in advance, the balance shall be paid before delivery. Also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
