Detailed product description
1. The automatic deep embossing die-cutting machine is specially designed for die-cutting, embossing and creasing. It is suitable for cardboard of 60-2000g/m2, corrugated paper with thickness below 4mm, paste paper, laminated paper, etc.
2. The machine consists of 4 parts: paper feeder, paper feeding part, main motor and paper output part. And automatically complete the feeding, die-cutting, embossing, receiving work cycle.
3. The thickened wall has a pressure resistance capacity of 1000 tons, which makes the embossing work clearer and the effect is better. 12 independent heating zones provide 0-199°C temperature for more variation in embossing patterns and higher quality. The cutting pressure of 900 tons makes the pattern more three-dimensional.
4. The machine is equipped with an automatic lubrication system. The pendulum rod and copper tile are all reworked manually. The surface is scrapped and full of criss-cross scratches. The grooves hold more oil, allowing the machine to run smoother and maintain higher and longer precision work.
