Uses:
This automatic paper machine is used for the paper of color printing paper and corrugated paper. The paper uses a scale of continuous paper, unique pre-regulation, ensuring that the bottom paper does not exceed the operation and maintenance.
The feature:
■ Computer intelligence. The machine adopts six servo motors, and all the operation data is reflected in the microcomputer, which not only improves work efficiency,it reduces the work intensity of employees, reduces the time and error rate of manual adjustment, and strengthens the control of the quality of the processed products;
■ Fast speed, computerized high-speed fitting, up to 15,000 sheets per hour (400mm paper);
■ Glue coating device: high-precision, high-precision coating conveying with automatic liquid level control of paper and glue wheel mechanism, high-speed operation without glue overflow,It can regulate the back flow of glue.
■ Pull gauge induction compensation counter device: self-developed pull gauge platform to correct the skew surface paper, and at the same time use multiple sets of electric eye induction paper and base paper to move forward.Position, so that the servo motors on both sides of the paper are independently driven, compensating for the alignment of the upper and lower papers, the bonding accuracy is ±1.0, accurate and smooth.
