This intelligent full-servo 3-in-1 high-speed laminator supports one-time lamination of three layers of paper. Adopting three-channel full servo control, it delivers high laminating precision and versatile applicability. It realizes one-click order switching by inputting paper sizes, satisfying diverse multi-layer laminating demands.
Built with premium global brand components, the machine is equipped with SIE main motor, over 90% NSK key bearings, PANA PLC control system with frequency conversion speed regulation, Omron photoelectric sensors and Schneider control buttons for stable and high-end performance.
It adopts servo-driven bottom paper feeding with wide edge belt transmission to ensure precise paper delivery and alignment. Gates synchronous belts are applied for low-noise, accurate and smooth operation. The high-precision anilox roller enables precise glue control and reduces glue waste. Combined PU round belts and bottom fans ensure stable paper conveying, while dual-side servo feeders realize accurate position compensation.
Core wall plates are CNC machined to eliminate assembly errors. Digitally processed protective covers feature optimized structure and elegant appearance, with electrostatic spraying finishing for a premium and durable exterior.

Performance characteristics

Equipped with a high-precision gluing unit and automatic liquid level control system, it avoids glue overflow during high-speed operation and allows adjustable glue reflux for material saving. Multiple photoelectric sensors cooperate with dual independent servo motors to conduct real-time position compensation, keeping laminating accuracy within ±1.0mm for neat and smooth paper bonding. Supported by HMI and PLC intelligent control, the system can automatically monitor operating status, record working data and alert faults. Top Sheet Feeding Unit

Fitted with a uniquely designed Japanese imported feeding head, the machine features powerful vacuum suction for ultra-stable and precise paper delivery. It supports stepless adjustment of paper pushing speed to fit different production needs. Photoelectric height control ensures neat paper stacking and consistent, smooth paper transmission.
Bottom Feeding Unit

Equipped with a dual-layer imported punch belt suction feeding mechanism, the machine delivers strong suction and stable high-speed paper transmission. It is compatible with 300g/m²+ card paper, A/B/C/E/F/N flute types, as well as 3-ply and 5-ply corrugated cardboard. It supports various multi-layer composite lamination combinations, including cardboard-flute paper, pure cardboard and mixed multi-layer laminating processes.

Positioning Unit

It adopts matched glue roller and stainless steel reticulated roller for uniform and precise glue application. With photoelectric real-time detection, the system automatically identifies paper position errors and drives servo motors for intelligent deviation correction. It ensures stable servo tracking and high-precision paper registration during lamination.
Transmission Unit

The machine adopts imported synchronous belt drive to ensure transmission accuracy,stable and low noise.
Servo Department

The sensing compensation alignment system adopts multiple photoelectric sensors to track the running position of base paper in real time. Dual independent servo motors on both sides of the face paper perform active position compensation, achieving precise and smooth alignment of upper and lower paper layers.
Pulling Unit

The machine adopts a self-developed servo motion correction device for face paper automatic positioning. It greatly improves paper running stability and framing accuracy. It can automatically correct face paper deviation within 20mm down to 0.5mm, effectively improving overall production efficiency.
Electrical Unit

The entire machine electrical adopts PLC program control,,PANA frequency conversion speed adjustment,and various electrical components detection switches adopt Japanese,Germany,Taiwan and other companies famous brands.The operation control is accurate,the performance is stable,and the safety is ensured.
