SJG-1200W High-Speed Servo Stretch Wrapper | Servo Motor Driven Film Wrapping Machine

Working Principle:
This unit features a 360° high-speed rotating ring. As the ring spins, the film holder circles around stationary cartons and products, applying PE stretch film in an even, firm spiral wrap. The whole wrapping cycle runs fully automatically. Staff only need to load and unload goods, making the operation simple and highly productive.
Unlike conventional pallet wrapping machines, this model works without pallets and wraps single cartons directly. Since products stay fixed during operation, there is no risk of tipping even at high speeds. It is perfectly suited for packaging small and lightweight goods.
Its key strengths include excellent wrapping tightness, optimized film usage and far higher working speed than manual packaging.

Machine Introduction
6.1 Annular Rotating Ring (Core Component)
Location: Large white circular part on the main body.
Function: This main moving part has built-in gear and transmission system, driving the film unit to rotate 360° at high speed for spiral wrapping. Fitted with high-precision slewing bearing, it runs smoothly and quietly, ensuring efficient and tight wrapping.
6.2 Film Carriage & Unwinding Mechanism
Location: White film roll spindle inside the rotating ring (bottom left in picture).
Function: Holds PE stretch film. The integrated tension control and optional pre-stretch system deliver consistent film tension. It ensures tight wrapping while saving film and lowering running costs.
6.3 Stainless Steel Platform & Conveyor
Location: Central metal platform.
Function: Supports goods for wrapping. Smooth and durable surface allows easy loading and unloading. Some models can link with assembly lines for automatic continuous work. Photoelectric sensors detect goods and trigger wrapping automatically.
6.4 PLC Touch Panel
Location: Display on top of the rotating ring.
Function: Central control center. Adjust wrapping layers, speed, tension and overlap ratio as needed. One-click start and preset parameter groups support quick switching for different products. Easy to learn and operate.
6.5 Control Buttons (Start & Emergency Stop)
Location: Red emergency stop and green start buttons beside the panel.
Function: Emergency stop button cuts power immediately for safety; start button launches the wrapping cycle. All parts comply with industrial safety specifications.

Location: Foot control on machine exterior.
Function: Hands-free operation. Step down after loading goods to start wrapping, ideal for frequent pick-and-place work.
