ntelligent Full Servo 3-in-1 High-speed Laminator
Designed to laminate three sheets of paper at one time, this 3-channel full servo machine boasts high lamination accuracy and wide application coverage. It supports one-click order change by simply inputting paper sizes, perfectly adapting to diverse lamination requirements.
Built to strict industrial standards, our machine uses premium branded components throughout. It is fitted with SIE main motors and NSK bearings (accounting for over 90% of all bearing parts). The control system consists of PANA PLC, Omron photoelectric sensors and Schneider buttons, with variable frequency speed control for stable operation.
Servo drive and wide belts ensure accurate feeding and positioning of base paper. Gates synchronous belts are used for power transmission, featuring low noise, precise transmission and smooth running. High-precision anilox rollers in the glue unit realize precise glue control and cut down material waste. PU round belts and air fans keep paper stably conveyed, while dual servo feeders provide position compensation.
CNC machining is applied to main structural plates and protective covers to minimize mechanical errors. With electrostatic spray finishing, the machine features a sturdy structure and attractive exterior.

The paper pushing speed can be freely adjusted according to different production requirements. It effectively levels and stabilizes paper stacking and conveying, while the photoelectric sensor precisely controls the paper pile height.
This design guarantees tidy paper stacking and ultra-smooth continuous paper transmission during high-speed operation.
Bottom Feeding Unit

Double-layer Vacuum Suction Feeding Mechanism
Equipped with imported punch belt suction delivery system, the machine provides powerful and stable vacuum suction, ensuring consistent and precise paper feeding at high speed. It is highly adaptable to thick paper materials above 300g/m², as well as A, B, C, E, F, N flute types, and 3-ply & 5-ply corrugated boards.

The professional gluing unit adopts a matched combination of glue roller and stainless steel anilox roller for uniform and stable glue application. Equipped with a high-precision photoelectric detection system, the machine can real-timely monitor the relative position of liner paper and face paper, automatically calculate positioning errors, and drive servo motors via the motion controller for accurate deviation correction. Featuring stable operation and precise servo tracking, it delivers excellent paper registration accuracy, achieving fully intelligent automatic error correction during high-speed lamination.
