The Automatic Inline Snap Capping Machine is engineered for the continuous application of press-on, push-on, and snap-fit closures to bottles and rigid containers. Instead of using rotational torque, the machine applies carefully controlled downward force to seat each closure securely onto the container finish.
As bottles travel through the capping section, adjustable side-grip belts stabilize the container while an overhead pressing belt or roller system progressively lowers and seats the cap. This continuous-motion design creates a smooth production rhythm, reduces unnecessary bottle stopping, and supports dependable operation at different line speeds.
The machine can be configured for snap-on caps, overcaps, friction-fit closures, plugs, inserts, shaker tops, dispensing components, and other compatible press-fit closures. It may operate as a cap-completion unit for manually pre-positioned caps or integrate with automatic cap sorting, feeding, orientation, and placement equipment.
Containers remain in motion while the closures are pressed into position, creating an efficient and uninterrupted production flow.
The pressing height and applied force can be adjusted to seat the closure securely without unnecessary deformation of the cap or container.
An extended pressing belt or multiple compression rollers apply pressure gradually, helping the closure engage smoothly and evenly.
