The Automatic Four-Wheel Spindle Capping Machine is designed for the continuous and reliable tightening of threaded caps on bottles, jars, and other rigid containers. Four synchronized capping wheels grip each closure from both sides and progressively rotate it onto the container finish, creating a smooth tightening process without repeatedly stopping the production line.
As containers travel through the capping section, adjustable side belts stabilize the bottle body while the four capping wheels apply controlled rotational force to the closure. This balanced structure helps reduce bottle spinning, tilted caps, cross-threading, and unnecessary surface marking.
The machine can handle standard screw caps, flip-top closures, dispensing caps, pump heads, trigger sprayers, and other compatible threaded closures.
