The Automatic Cap Sorting Elevator is designed to transform randomly loaded bottle caps into a stable, correctly oriented, and continuous supply for automatic capping equipment. Bulk caps are loaded into the floor-level hopper, lifted by a cleated conveyor, inspected for orientation, and guided into the delivery chute in an orderly sequence.
By combining cap storage, elevation, sorting, and feeding within one compact system, the machine reduces manual handling and helps maintain an uninterrupted capping process. Incorrectly positioned caps are automatically returned to the hopper for another sorting cycle, while correctly oriented caps proceed smoothly toward the cap chute and capping station.
The system can be configured for a variety of screw caps, flat caps, snap-on caps, flip-top closures, and other compatible cap formats. It can operate with spindle cappers, chuck cappers, press-on cappers, and other automatic closure systems.
The machine combines bulk cap storage, vertical conveying, orientation, and continuous feeding in one coordinated system.
