The function of the dryer assembly

• Dry compressed air to prevent component corrosion and icing

  
  

  When the air compressor is in operation, it draws in ambient air, and water vapor in the air condenses into liquid water during the compression process. If water enters brake pipelines, air reservoirs, brake valves and other components, it will cause corrosion of metal inner walls and aging failure of seals. In low-temperature environments, water can also freeze, blocking pipelines or jamming valves, which directly leads to brake failure

  
  
• Filter oil and impurities of reduce component wear

  
  

  A small amount of lubricating oil is discharged together with the compressed air when the air compressor works. Meanwhile, dust, particles and other impurities will be carried into the air during the intake process. The filtering structure of the dryer assembly can trap oil mist and solid impurities, preventing them from entering precision components such as brake valves and brake chambers, avoiding valve core wear and sealing surface scratches, and extending the service life of brake system parts.

  
  

• Automatic regeneration to maintain drying capacity continuously

  
  

  Most dryer assemblies are equipped with a regeneration device. When the pressure of the brake system reaches the set value, the dry air in the air reservoir flows backward through the desiccant, blowing off the adsorbed moisture and discharging it through the exhaust valve. This realizes automatic regeneration of the desiccant, eliminating the need for frequent disassembly and replacement, and ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the dryer.
• Auxiliary pressure regulation and exhaust to ensure stable system pressure

  
  

  Some integrated dryer assemblies also integrate a pressure regulating valve and an exhaust valve: the pressure regulating valve can control the unloading pressure of the air compressor to prevent excessive system pressure; the exhaust valve discharges excess gas when the compressor stops running or during the regeneration process, maintaining the brake system pressure within the normal range.

1.Q:What is your terms of payment?
A:T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will send you the packing list and the photos of the products before your payment.

2.Q:Do you have MOQ request?
A: We don’t have MOQ request. We are wholesaler for ISUZU Truck spare parts, we have a large stock of products.

3.Q: What is the delivery time?
A: The delivery is depends on the storage. If the items we have in stock, we can make delivery within 7days. For the items need to be ordered the delivery is betwen20-45 days.

4.Q.:Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Clients’sample is welcome. We are able to produce the specific products according to your sample.

5.Q: Can l get a lower price if l order large quantities?
