The function of the Battery cover

1.Physical Encapsulation: It seals the battery casing, completely isolating internal components like the electrode assembly and electrolyte from the external environment. This prevents the intrusion of moisture and dust while avoiding electrolyte leakage.

2.Structural Support: It provides a mounting base for internal components, protecting the cell from external physical impact and compression.

3.Insulation and Corrosion Resistance: Plastic components (like PPS) or new ceramic parts on the cover plate are used to isolate the terminals from the metal casing, preventing short circuits and electrochemical corrosion, thus enhancing long-term reliability.

Working principle of the Battery cover

Sealing and Insulation (Normal State)

1.The cover is laser-welded to the aluminum shell and forms a closed cavity with the sealing ring to lock electrolyte and isolate moisture and oxygen.

2.The positive and negative terminal posts are isolated from the cover body by insulating parts (PPS/rubber) to prevent internal short circuit.

Current Conduction (Charging and Discharging)

1.Inside the cell: Terminal post → connecting tab → cell lug, forming the main charge-discharge circuit.

2.Outside the cell: Terminal posts connect with busbars to realize series and parallel connection of battery modules.

3.Material: Aluminum terminal posts are commonly used for the positive pole, and copper-aluminum composite terminal posts for the negative pole, reducing contact resistance and corrosion.

A:T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will send you the packing list and the photos of the products before your payment.
 
2.Q:Do you have MOQ request?

3.Q: What is the delivery time?
A: The delivery is depends on the storage. If the items we have in stock, we can make delivery within 7days. For the items need to be ordered the delivery is betwen20-45 days.
