Working principle of the Camshaft Gear
1.The gear center and rotation center of the eccentric shaft gear are not coincident, with a fixed eccentric distance.
2.When the shaft rotates, the eccentric position moves in a circular offset, producing up-down or front-back reciprocating displacement.
3.By using this eccentric offset, it drives parts such as push rods, rocker arms and plungers, converting rotary motion into reciprocating linear or swinging motion.
4.During gear meshing, the eccentric structure can also fine-tune the meshing clearance and compensate for shaft center distance deviation, making transmission more stable.
