The high-speed aerosol automatic filling production line is a complete production system which comprises multiple machines. It includes a double rotary table 12 head liquid filling machine, a valve inserting machine, a 10 head gas filling machine, a water bath machine, a weighing machine, an actuator placing machine, an outer cap pressing machine, a booster pump, and a conveyor belt.
The double rotary table 12 head liquid filling machine is designed for filling liquids into aerosol cans. The valve inserting machine is used to insert a valve on the top of the aerosol can. The 10 head gas filling machine works at high speed and is able to fill gas quickly and accurately. The water bath machine is used to detect any leaks on the can. The weighing machine is responsible for accurately controlling the weight of the aerosol can. The actuator placing machine is used to set the aerosol actuator in place. The outer cap pressing machine offers the function of pressing the outer cap onto the aerosol can. The booster pump is for providing a high pressure of gas for the system. Last but not least, the conveyor belt is essential as it provides a link in the assembly line.
The operation of this production line is stable and reliable, with few faults and long service life. Meanwhile, it has high efficiency and labour-saving features, because it can achieve high precision and stable filling quality. To ensure the reliability and wear resistance, SMC pneumatic control components are mainly used, and foreign high-quality sealing rings are adopted. Furthermore, its conveyor belt is powered by explosion-proof motors, and all other components are driven by compressed air, making it safer to use. On top of that, the one click drop function greatly improves the production speed and the efficiency of mold change.
