Plastic granulator machine introduction:
1. This pelletizing line which is suitable for many kinds plastic waste materials recycling and making pellet, such as PP, HDPE, LDPE, LDPE Film and clean woven/nonwoven bag material, etc.
2. The film can be pressed in compressor and then be pelleted.
3. And also has very developed design, makes sure this machine has a long working life and economical efficiency in using.
4. You can choose use single stage or double stage pelletizing machine according to how clean of you material; also you can choose the cooling cutting system or die-face hot cutting system.
Process flow of plastic film granulating machine:
Feeding conveyor belt →metal detector(optional) → compactor feeder→single screw extruder (first stage) →hydraulic screen changer→material separated die head→ single screw extruder(second stage)→ hydraulic screen changer→hot die face cutting system→water cooling tank→dewatering machine → vibration(optional) → air conveyor→silo
