Automated FFS Bag Filling Machine for Fertilizer with Continous Film Supply
Features of Hongsen FFS heavy film Form-Fill-Seal machine:
1. The part of the main weigher which contacts with the material is made of SUS304 stainless steel, while the other parts are made of powder coated carbon steel;
2. Continuous supply of large rolls of film to improve the speed of packaging and reduce the frequency of changing bag types and replenishing bags;
3. Length of bag changeable according to different materials to reduce packaging cost;
4. Thermal sealing technique adopted to improve sealing quality and product appearance;
5. Package Making System: The package making and sealing and filling systems are independent to each other in this system. The two systems are linked and coordinated by mechanical coupling and Programmable logic controller (PLC). Therefore, the system is suitable for a variety of products and sizes of package.
