Fully Automatic Packaging Solutions VFFS For Food / Tea / Maize / Juice
The VFFS pouch packing machine is a full automatic continuous type specially designed and developed for packing 5 kg and 10 kg powders and granules especially rice. It is able to finish all the steps of feeding, weighing, filling, packing. sealing and discharge without human intervene.
Range of application: high-speed metering and packaging of particle/powder/mixed materials in daily chemical, agrochemical, food and chemical industries (e.g. fertilizer, flour, flower fertilizer, solid medicine powder, washing powder, addictives and seasoning powder).
Features of our fully automatic pouch packing machine:
A. High precision multihead combination weigher of an accuracy by 0.2%;
B. SUS304 stainless steel used for material contact structure surface;
C. Rolls of plastic film used for automatic pouch making and packing;
D. Hole punching mechanism optional for making holes on pouches for easy handling.
