Machine Profile
Robot is the core of these multifunction systems. It can stack bags, boxes or crates onto the pallets and then place them on suitable conveyor or transport vehicle to anywhere you want. Full pallets can be further stacked by forklift or conveyed to storage safely and conveniently.
The most advanced PLC technology is used in the control system of the robotic unit, and HML touch screen is of clear display and powerful new functions. All system functions, including all palletizing programs, can be done on the panel as well as the preset of palletizing operations based on different packaging method and dimension. The system is also equipped with ASI communications system, modern remote diagnosis and edit function
The robotic system is equipped with safety fences and special safety door. The security key can prevent the opening of safety door and ensure the safety of operating system.
Customer can choose to add automatic pallet magazine optionally, which can connect the palletizing system. The pallet magazine is controlled by photoelectric signal to automatically push an empty pallet to the waiting position; after the robot finishing one loaded pallet, this empty pallet moves to the next position, i.e. the palletizing station. The adding of pallet magazine will realize automatic supply of pallets, which only need one person to put one batch of pallets into the pallet magazine. It will surely increase the efficiency of the robotic palletizing line. The pallet magazine can be customer-made as per the dimension of customer’s pallet.

2. Power supply: standard 380 V, 50/60 HZ, three-phase, five-wire
3. Air supply: cool, clean and dry air source; 13 Litres (0.5CuFt) per time; 6 bar(90PSI).
For instance, 15 times per minute needs 7.5 CuFt air, and the pipe should be at least 20mm.
Automatic Stretch Hooding System is optional as per customer’s actual production requirement. Our Stretch Hooding System uses cold stretching film to completely protect the products on the pallet and enables the full automatic operation of the whole packing line.
