Product Introduction
The frame type palletizer is mainly composed of conveyors, palletizing manipulator, lifting platform, and electric control. PLC control system is adopted to realize automatic palletizing, which is of simple operation, tidy palletizing and good storing. This type of palletizer is applicable for the palletizing of products in fertilizer, feed, seed, food and many other industries.
Work Flow
Put empty pallet to waiting station → convey the empty pallet to palletizing station → lift the empty pallet to palletizing position → palletize continuously → convey the loaded pallet to finished product station

After-sales Service
1. Operator training will be provided to the Buyer after the completion of installation and commissioning, and complete set of technical support for installation and commissioning will also be provided;
2. Training for operators: operating process, safety issues, attentions, etc.;
3. Training for maintenance personnel: mechanical structure, work principle, daily maintenance, trouble shooting, etc.;
4. Machine warranty period is 12 months. In warranty period, we will take the responsibility to repair or replace defective or damaged products, in case such defect or damage is not caused by the Buyer or it is the result of Seller’s mistake. (Travel expenses are not included and shall be agreed on by both parties.) In warranty period, if any damage is caused by the Buyer’s operation or improper maintenance, the Seller shall be liable for repair or replacement. But component(s) cost and repair fees shall be borne by the Buyer.
5. When it is out of warranty, the Buyer shall pay for the cost of exchanging components for each service; in case our technicians shall be dispatched to the Buyer’s site, round trip air ticket, local transportation and local expenses for board and lodging shall be borne by the Buyer.
