Description of automatic cable packing gun
1. Fixed cable tie gun: it is without battery and must be connected to host machine of SWT36100F.
2. PLC and touch screen control system in the host machine: it is easy to manage specifications.
3. Vibration bowl in the host machine: the bowl feeder can sort loose cable ties.
4. Automatic cable tie machine could wrap, tighten and cut off nylon cable ties after operator treads the foot pedal.
5. Nylon cable ties need to be put in the bowl feeder in advance.
6. The bundle speed is 0.9S per cable tie.
7. The binding forces are adjustable from 20N to 80N.
8. Operator can tie 1,800pcs cable ties in a hour but it is related to the skill level and how large the bundle diameter is.

FAQ
1. Why cable tie is not tight?
The binding force may be smaller. Please turn the knob to set bigger forces. Or cable tie debris is jammed in the tie gun so that next cable tie can’t be tied tightly. Operator needs to clean the debris.
2. Why operator should put nylon cable ties into the bowl feeder often?
Because automatic cable tie machine SWT36100F deals with loose zip ties. It doesn’t produce zip ties and just can automatically bundle nylon tie wraps. Once operator treads foot pedal, nylon cable ties would be transferred into the tie gun and be tied tightly.
3. What are the requirements of nylon cable ties?
Nylon cable ties are stronger, straight and without burr/flash/deformation. Heavy deformed cable ties can’t be applied to automatic cable tie machines.
