Reasons:
1.The binding force may be smaller. Please turn the knob to set bigger forces.
2. Cable tie debris is jammed in the tie gun so that next cable tie can’t be tied tightly. Operator needs to clean the debris.
If you need bigger forces, pls inform our sales and send samples to us to test. Generally, the forces in our auto tie gun is enough to bundle commom products.
2. What are the requirements of nylon cable ties?
They should be stronger, straight and without burr/flash/deformation. Heavy deformed cable ties can’t be applied to automatic cable tie machines.
3. Can I only buy one cable tie gun only?
The fixed/handheld cable tie gun works with the host machine because it needs that the host transfers nylon cable ties to it one by one.
