P307 Horizontal Small Protein Bar Extrusion Machine is our fourth generation protein bar extruder, P307 Small Protein Bar Extrusion Machine is horizontal design for better dough conveying, consists of two stainless steel flat feed hoppers Driven by PE auger, the auger will transfer the pre-mixed dough to a leveler where the dough is evenly distributed, then the dough comes from a customized nozzle to form bars, and finally conveyed and cut by a separate vertical protein bar cutter. P307 small protein bar making machine is controlled by PLC program and operated by screen panel. All settings are completed on the touch screen, including each segment speed adjustment and memory settings.
