Description:
10 Trays gas electric heating hot air circulation baking oven is our commercial type small baking oven for making different kinds of bakery food: mooncake, maamoul, cookie, biscuit, cake, cupcake, bread, buns, pizza, pies, etc. For this small baking oven, we have 10 trays hot air circulation oven, 8 trays circulation oven and 5 trays circulation for customer to choose.
The internal and external of the hot air convection oven are full stainless steel painted with painting board. It combines hot air convection,heating air circulation,and trolley slow rotation to ensure the products inside are heated evently. The hot air convection oven has a spray and humidification device to guarantee the food to meet the humidity requirement. The hot air convection oven also has lighting system inside, so customer can observe the whole baking process through glass door. After baking is done,the products inside are uniformly baked.
The hot air small baking oven has electric heating and gas heating for customer to choose. This small baking oven is suitable for small production or for home use. If customer need bigger baking oven, we have industrial model 16 trays rotary baking oven, 32 trays rotary baking oven for customer to choose.
