This machine adopts synchronous control technique ,both welding time and enct-crontrol welding is composed of PLC program system .the input front-panel has two forms touch screen and keyboard ,it make the machine more intelligent and reasonable .The weft wire supply is automatic .The greatest advantage is that it can be adjusted the distance of wefts at random on the same one piece of mesh sheet.Welding machine adopts new type high-efficiency transformer ,shifting gear can be divided into eight level ,expand the scope of welding wire diameter .Easy operation ,high flexibility ,the production is several time than artificial single spot welding machine.
Features
1. Water-cooling transformer and water-cooling lower electrodes to make sure the welding firm during a long working time, and prolong the service life.
2. Feeding and Welding System Cross wire feeding: Firstly, the coil wires are straighten and cut into fixed length by straightening cutting machine, which become weft wire. Then worker put the weft wires into wire hopper. Wire hopper under the control of step motor, the weft wires falling automatically one by one
Line wire feeding: warp wires are the same to weft wires, firstly use straightening cutting machine to straighten and cut coil wire into fixed length. Then the line wires are sent by labor and fed automatically, when it welding and drawing, labors can prepare the wires, it increases the production efficiency.
3. The mesh pulling system is controlled by step motor, which makes the pulling mesh aperture more standard and accurate.
