Distillation Working Process Description
1. Pump the pyrolysis oil into the distillation reactor. 2. Heat the reactor and pyrolysis oil will become the oil gas.Light Oil gas will go to the light fraction condenser and be liquefied to oil and stored in the light oil tank. 3. Pump light oil from the tank to the pickling tank. pickling tank add the concentrated sulfuric acid which can remove the sulfide and colloid in the oil. 4. After pickling washing,pump the oil into the alkaline washing tank for neutralization and remove the oxygenated chemicals sulfide.It use the sodium hydroxide as the chemical here.
5. After alkaline washing,pump the oil into the activated clay tank for adsorption the solid impurities, here use the activate clay as chemical Meantime the boiler provide the heat for this process. 6.After activated clay adsorption process. pump the oil and go through the plate-and-frame filter press to get the final clean and transparent non standard diesel. 7. The uncondensed syngas will be out from the light oil tank and be purified and cleaned in the hydroseal, after that one part will be recycled as fuel for the reactor heating, another extra syngas will be burned out directly for release the pressure. 8. The remain of heavy oil fraction will be pumped out after distillation process and go through the heavy oi condenser and stored in the heavy oil tank. 9. Emission will come out from furnace and go through the flue condenser for cool down the temperature.After that to through the dedusting scrubber for cleaning by water washing ceramic ring adsorption and water spray then the emission can be discharged into the air.
10.The water pool keep providing the cool water for the oil condenser and flue condenser. The cooling tower cool down the temperature of the hot water from the condensers.

1. Be used on low speed heavy-duty diesel engine, such as large agricultural machine, mining machine, ship, power generator, etc.; 2. Be used on the automobile engine by mixing with standard diesel (3:1); 3. Be used as fuel for heating; 4. Compared with the standard diesel, the end oil has a higher sulfur content, and lower flash point.

Q1: How can we use the distilled diesel from waste tires or plastics? A1: 1. Can be used for heating , 2. Can be used in the low speed and heavy duty engines, like boat, diesel generator.
Q2: What can we do with the heavy oil from distillation machine?
A2: 1. Can be sold as asphalt , if there is a market at your local, 2. Can be put back into the pyrolysis machine and refine it again.
Q3: Can we produce base oil from the distillation plant?
A3: Yes, we can produce base oil from the distillation plant, but the raw materials must be used engine oil, can not be pyro-oil.
Q4: Warranty. What are the over guarantees?
A4: All the plants from Mingjie has a 12 months guarantee since the act of acceptance is signed, during the warranty period, all the problems cause by quality will be resolved by Mingjie at its own cost, which will be indicated in the contract.
