Biomass carbonization refers to the thermal degradation process of biomass under the environment of high temperature without oxygen, in which volatiles are released and carbon is enriched. The carbonized product is biochar, which can be used as fuel, meanwhile the tar & wood vinegar can be collected during the carbonization process.
Our equipment adopts inner & outer double-layer cylinder, fully 304 stainless steel, inner heating with waste heat, used for pre-drying treatment, the whole machine adopts double-return heating structure, users are highly praised for their use.
The heat utilization rate of this equipment is higher, the material not contact with flue gas, and is not polluted by hot air. Compared with the single-layer external heating structure, the heat utilization rate is more than double. The thermal efficiency of the equipment is 70%~90%. It has good energy-saving effect. Modular design is convenient and reliable to install, low installation cost for users, simple operation, safety and reliability.

Tar & Woodvinegar
1.Wood vinegar:can be used as a plant growth promoter,applied directly to the soil.
2. It also can be directly applied as a microfertilizer to the plant leaf,which can promote
photosynthesis,accelerate leaf growth,slow down leaf senescence, prevent diseases
and pests,or be used as a feed additive.
3. Tar be used for shipbuilding,paint industry anticorrosive,high temperature resistant raw
materials,also can be used as chemical pharmaceutical raw materials and plant nutrition
regulation auxin.
Syngas
1. Syngas will be recycled as fuel directly to the carbonization reactor heating 2. Extra syngas shall be burned out or used as the fuel for dryer.
