Mechanical Recovery Sandblasting Room for Steel Fabrication Industry
1. Usage of the laser sand blasting room
A. The laser sand blasting room can remove the laitance of the concrete road at first, this step is prepared for road coating with kinds of materials; Clean old concrete road surface; Erase the old mark/ coating; Erase the glue/ lines which on the airport concrete road; Restore anti-skid performance.
B. Asphalt road cleaning: Remove the deposit builder, for following coating works; Surface roughening, for paving other materials; airfield runway’s maintenance; Restore the road cling property.
2. Working process
The laser sand blasting room is a machine which use mechanical power to shot the materials in high speed to hit the road; In this process, the deposit builder on the road can be erased and the road surface can be roughed to a certain state.
Meanwhile, the dirt from road can be sucked away by the dirt collector which can create a negative pressure state; during this step, the steel shot was sucked by the collector also; but because of the higher weight, the shot will be fell down to an another working circle on a certain place while the dirt was transporting away to the dirt tank.
3. Features
1. Easy operation; portable at anytime;
2. Use taiwan transduction speed governing, all the other electrical parts are from Schneider, to make sure a suitable function;
3. Each set of machine will be needed to pass a 60 minutes test run to make sure a regular function;
4. The quick wear part are made of high chrome materials;
5. The cleaning speed/ the feeding of the steel shot/ the dirt filter self cleaning frequency can be adjusted according to the working situation of the road, in this way, the machine can get a perfect working effect
