Product Detailed Introduction:
1. Q69 roller conveyor type automatic shot blasting machine is to clean h beams, steel plates, sheets, strips, wires, bars, billets, slabs, rolled and fabricated structural shapes, and miscellaneous welding parts, pipe, tubing and gas cylinders.
2. Automatic loading and unloading, automatic blasting, automatic dust collection, automatic abrasive media reclaim system.
3. ISO8501 SA2.5 –SA3.0
This series is a kind of roller shot-blasting machine. It mostly applies in the line of architecture, bridge, etc, which is used for relieving of stress and wiping surface rust of large girder shaped steel, H-shaped steel and other large dimension steels.
It is mainly applied to remove the stress and surface rust of large-sized or H-shaped steel structural components in the industries, like bridge, building, etc.
The location of blast wheels is based on the computer three-dimensional dynamic simulation result, which helps ensure all sides of workpieces can be thoroughly and quickly cleaned.
The roller bed in the main blast chamber is provided with easy to replace abrasion resistant sheath, so it has a long service life, thereby reducing maintenance cost.
Our shot blasting machine comes standard with a cartridge dust collector, which offers better dust collection efficiency and contributes to a clean work environment.
